The couple you look up to...

As a child you always seem to look up to some of the best leaders of the church and their relationships with their spouse. Some examples would be President Gordon B Hinckley and his wife, to president Bodily and his wife, and now my own mother and father in law. This weekend we found out that Tim was the new stake president what a blessing for all of us, He is the best man for the job whenever i see him he is always on the go doing something good for someone, never ceases to amaze me when Nathan comes home to tell me what he did for another person everyday. The endless amount of hours he spends serving others. And I'm not just saying this because he is my dad now, but even when he was a bishop needless to say we might have had a few conversations while him being a bishop. And the countless times he would say how much he loved is his wife Cari. And how much i loved hearing it and watching them on Sundays. And then having Cari be my Primary music leader and looking up to her thinking she was the funniest and best person in the whole wide world. And now actually being in their home and seeing what they are like in the home is the same as on the outside. They are caring and always smiling. And taking the time for each other to go on special trips for the two of them even if it is just to check the cellar. The best is to watch them hold hands, some would call it gross but it just makes me smile and give me something to look forward to with Nathan. Thanks for the example guys love you!

Eventfull week

This week was a very fun week, Nathan took me on my first hunt with the boys didn't make to big of a fool out of myself, but did get 3 ducks! I got to babysit one of my favorite boys Harman what a sweet boy we played outside played with the puppies wrestled and watched horse's all day long. That night he loved the dogs so much he just kept saying cant sleep cant sleep, so we bribed him with the dogs saying he could sleep with them, needless to say i think Sage the dog enjoyed it a lot more them Harm. Then me and Nathan got bored one night and went out to the damn to check things out it was a beautiful day Saige loved the fresh air and the wild life she kept giggling and smiling her and dad are two peas in a pod when they are outside going on adventures. Also days get long just hanging out at the house when dads in the tractor till late. so we decided to go play with aunt Kenz and cousin Teague, which we ended up getting a flat tire, and trying to fix we both ended up impressing ourselves who needs the boys we took care of it.

Happy Birthday or Merry Chirstmas

I had the best birthday anyone could ask for it was like Christmas.... Sewing machine and cutting boards a sewing bag to keep all my stuff in. and way cute house decorations. I had a party Saturday night with the most Delicious cake ever! and then Monday the day started at 5:545 waking up and everyone taking me to breakfast, tradition since my birthday is at one of the worse times of year when your dad or husband is a farmer. so we went to wayside for breakfast, and then best news of the day Tim let Nathan pretty much have the day off. i was so excited that was pretty much the best present ever! so then Nathan and i had a great idea to go hunting, and of course my husband spoils me, thinking i have no gun to go hunting i borrow my dads when we go he knew of a great deal on one and he went and got it for me! like i said birthday or Christmas. Later then evening Grandma Cari watched Saige for us and me and Nathan went to go be the mighty hunters! Just me and him it was so much fun! i love him so much. And then later that night my parents brought me dinner and birthday cake, and watched a movie. what a great day thanks to everyone who made it pretty much the best birthday ever with memories that will last forever
love you guys!
O ya so Saige says MAMMA! can you believe waited just for my birthday! what a sweet heart.

feeling slightly betrayed

so my sweet little mamma's girl has betrayed me! after almost 7 months of just me and her 24-7 me changing her diapers, and me holding her, getting up with her every two seconds every night (not an exageration) and giving her every thing she wants her first word would be "da da" can anyone believe this? Anyone that knows this naughty girl she is all mamma really to put it nicely she has had nothing to do with her father up till NOW! last night me and Nathan went to dinner and i swore she had said it, ignoring it i kept eating my meal and another and another one kept coming out so i finally said something, Nathan was sure i was crazy and it was just her babbling her baby talk, but sure enough this morning she said DA DA crystal clear! Dad was quit pleased to say the least! I am going to need some encouragement that she is still a mamma's girl......

The little guy that has my heart!

This little guy is one special little boy to me! As his mom and dad thought they needed to go back to Pocatelllo for a couple days i thought my world would come crashing down with going a day with out some loves, hearing the cutest animal sounds, chasing him around and loving every min i have had with this boy! i called the same day they left to talk to him no answer and kept trying but no answer, i was going crazy, but yesterday a surprise to us all he came back! as i spent the rest of the day with him i put him down for his nap gave him his bottle when ever he wanted to washed the cars played with the dogs and even went through his animal sounds and body parts the kid is smart he knows them all. Teague is very special boy he helped me get through some rough times in my life, he knows every secret and every every thing about me. when i was still living with my parents and he lived there too, i would take him for hours rock him cry to him and tell him my deepest secrets i know he didn't have a clue what was going on or why i was being crazy talking to him but he helped me out huge! Mackenzie and i were in the kitchen yesterday and i whispered to him and she said he doesn't know what you are talking about and i said maybe not but he knows all my secrets and wont tell anyone. I love you Teague and thanks for everything you have done for me bud. Cant wait to see what a great guy you turn out to be!

First Month
My beautiful baby girl arrived on March,18,2009 weighing in at 6.7 pounds and 21 inches long. I didn't think she would ever come! I caught the bug that was going around and figured well i give up on her she will come when she comes, I got a blessing from my dad and my uncle Paul, and Tim one night also. So i just kept saying she will come when she comes. i wasn't prepared for her to come since i was not feeling well, me and Nathan finally crawled in to bed to watch some TV when all of a sudden i got a great surprise! Not knowing what had just happened i stood there in shock! I started to panic and with tears in my eyes i looked at Nathan and let him know what was going on, as i was so sick could not stop coughing, with no voice and looked like death worn over me i called my mom and told her, as i got all of my stuff packed thankful to my prepared sister MacKenzie that was always nagging me to get my bags packed, grabbed the bags and went out the door! When i arrived got me hooked up to all the wires and contraptions that kept my heart pounding and butterflies flying. And told me that i was not going home with out a baby in my arms this time. My mom and dad arrived shortly after and kept us company and my mom said as soon as she could see pain in my eyes I'm out of here. Dad being the good dad he was would not let my mom go home, they camped out in the waiting room till they heard her sweet voice! As time got closer i finally asked for my Epidural thinking i was so tough and was going to go with out one quickly changed my mind, as the Doctor who i thought would make my life so easy and would love to this day came in and gave me the shot, as i sat hunched over with fear in my eyes and Nathan talked me through it and was being the great husband he is comforting me my body started to shake as the room started to spin i thought for sure i was going down! When he told me it was all over i sat back down with still alot of pain, and couldn't wait for it to kick in, i sat back down and waited, and then waited some more, when about 20 minuets went by which seemed like days, i called the nurse and said i was still feeling everything, of course knowing my luck just like my shoulder 1 out of 100 this happens to me being the number one of course, the epidural didn't work! As that same doctor came in and said we were going to have to do it all over again i started to cry. As i hunched over again and felt him doing what he was doing and soon it was all over no shakiness no thinking i was going down, i sat back down and soon couldn't feel my toes, Who knows where the other medicine went but who cares now i was feeling good! As Nathan worried about me and walking back and forth checking out every little gadget and gizmo in the room, i told him i was going to try to sleep i was very tired. he turned the lights off and held my hand till i fell asleep, as i woke up i saw my amazing husband talking to his Heavenly Father in the corner of the room, Praying that all goes well. i knew instantly everything was going to be OK. when she decided to come she was here within in a couple minutes. Made it very easy on her mom which was so nice! We ended up staying in the hospital for another two nights no fun at all! As all of our family and friends came to see us and our new Sweet little baby girl. Thank you to all of you! The first couple of nights were very rough on all of us deciding that she was going to be awake from about 1:00 in the morning till 6:00 in the morning. Not crying, not unhappy, just WIDE awake figuring out her new life. No beauty sleep for any of us! Thank goodness for Grandmas! Carri my mom helped out so much! Adjusting to this sweet little thing was not hard at all just fit in perfect to mine and Nathans lives! She is such a beautiful baby! i kept saying i want her here i have no more patience, my dad kept saying she was coming in May, so that i would not get my hopes up, Also he kept saying she still has business to do. As Great Grandma Shirley still needed her little angel with her. When she came out with red hair everyone knew Great Grandma Shirley definitely did take care of her up there, and there was a reason we named her Shirley Saige Eames.
